North County Wrestling Club is a high school and collegiate level wrestling club located at Palomar College in San Marcos, CA (North San Diego County). The club's mission is to provide a high-level training opportunity for wrestlers in San Diego.

Our Philosophy

We teach high-percentage techniques and training methods designed and proven to work at the upper levels of high school, college, and international wrestling competition.

Core Concepts

Even the flashiest and craftiest wrestlers all began with a solid set of baseline skills. This includes a good positioning from all areas and a basic set of wrestling skills that all wrestlers should know.
In addition to baseline skills, we supplement techniques that fit a wrestler's individual style. Understanding and adding moves to a wrestler's skillset allows for improvements for their particular wrestling style.
If you’ve reached out for extra help, you almost certainly have a wrestling goal. But what is your goal? Have you defined it, and do you have a plan to achieve it? We will use our expertise to help you plan tangible short-term and long-term goal-oriented strategies.
There’s plenty of negative coaching out there—but we aren’t going to contribute to it. At North County Wrestling Club, we want to help you reach the goals that you set for yourself and will do so with honesty, integrity, and positivity.

Palomar Wrestling fundraiser

We are selling Palomar Wrestling gear to help fundraise for our teams. We have long-sleeved and short-sleeved shirts available. Payment options include cash, Venmo, or PayPal.
